HANUMAN MURTI

The 85-foot Hanuman Murti in Carapichaima, Trinidad, stands as the tallest statue of Lord Hanuman outside India and ranks among the tallest Hindu deity statues globally. Erected in 2003, this imposing figure is situated on the grounds of the Sri Dattatreya Yoga Centre and Mandir, a temple constructed in the Dravidian architectural style reminiscent of South Indian temples. The statue symbolizes Lord Hanuman’s virtues of strength, devotion, and loyalty, serving as an inspiration for spiritual growth among devotees.  The Hanuman Murti is approximately 26 kilometres from Traum House Lodge.
